Baymont by Wyndham Oacoma

we had been hotel hopping and felt exhausted from our trip and when I mentioned it to the staff behind the desk, they took extra measures to ensure we were comfortable, so far as moving us to a more isolated part of the hotel so we could get a full night of sleep (and not have to deal with heavy footsteps above us)! Thank you to the Baymont by Wyndham folks for giving us a great night! It helped to refresh our trip so we could continue on! I’m so grateful for the caring and attentive staff at this hotel!

Check-in was the fastest we've ever had. Booked two rooms on line and after stepping up to the counter I had both sets of keys in about 45 seconds. I was amazed!

This was the 3rd hotel I stayed in during my travels to and from Rapid City/Spearfish for my grandfather’s funeral, and it was just what I needed for my final hotel on my way home. I had a lot of luggage to bring in alone, and was happy to see my room had an outside door, that I could park right outside from, making it easier to take stuff in and out. I was tired and hot when I arrived, and was super happy when I opened the door to my room and was greeted by the air conditioning, and loved how it not only had been running enough to make the room cool for my arrival, but the air conditioner also kept the room cool all night. The Baymont definitely had the best air conditioning out of all 3 hotels I stayed in, which means a lot when it’s 90-something degrees. Staff was friendly when I arrived and checked out, the room itself was nice and bed comfortable too.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Many options and the food was fresh. Liked that we could unload and load our vehicle right by our door.
